Good Partner in Your Life: I sleep so much better now. It really does help you get to sleep. It also stays on with the ear loops and they don’t bother you side sleeping like what I do. Recommended for anyone that just wants to sleep in or work the night shift and sleep in the day.
Sleep and Naps Are So Important: I like the straps because they go around your ear not around your whole head. It helps a lot because I am prone to headaches. I used this in the hospital and in bed, on the couch, etc. since we just had our first child. Sleep and naps are so important. These eye masks help a lot, especially so I don’t wake up unnecessarily when my partner feeds/changes the baby in the middle of the night.
